Choosing your item

Who is SIGNAL for?

People who choose to wear its words. If a piece names a disability or communication need, choose language that accurately describes you and that you are comfortable sharing. Wearing SIGNAL is optional.

Why do the designs look different?

SIGNAL is one collection with different design styles and garment choices. Check each product's wording, images, materials and fit to choose the piece you want.

Are the words printed on every side?

Placement varies by item. Some communication garments carry words on the front, back and sleeves; statement pieces and accessories have different layouts. Use the images and description for the exact product.

How do I choose a size?

Use the chart for that exact garment and the units shown. The same size name can fit differently across styles. Our Size & Fit guide explains how to compare measurements.

How do I choose the printed language?

When a product is offered in more than one language, choose the listed edition and check its printed wording. Changing the website language does not change the words printed on an item.

Can I buy SIGNAL for someone else?

Choose the message with them. For a child or someone who uses support to make choices, involve them in a way that works for them. Check the exact garment's size chart before ordering.

Ordering and delivery

Are the products made after I order?

Yes. SIGNAL products are made to order. Production and shipping are separate parts of the journey, and timing varies by item and destination. See Shipping for details.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping to the United States. Available shipping options depend on your address and the items in your cart. Checkout confirms the options and price before you pay.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Order Problems for the full process, including missing packages.

Can I ask about a different message or product?

Use the contact form to share the wording or product you have in mind. A request is an inquiry; it does not place an order or guarantee that a design can be made.
