SIGNAL products are made after you order them. Please check the product, size, color and printed wording before placing your order.

Change of mind, size or color

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or an incorrectly selected color. Use the size chart for the exact product before ordering. Our Size & Fit guide can help you compare measurements.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or as the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the order and, when the issue qualifies, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back.

A package that appears lost

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number. Include the tracking information if you have it.
